Boot Camp Camaraderie Exercises With This Great Plan

Each person split into teams and at a moderate pace, jog in a single file line. The man who’s last, runs up to the head of the line. The team continues jogging at the same pace. After about ten seconds of jogging, the next man who is last in line, sprints to the front. When each team member has sprinted to the line’s head, it is finished.

Each team is jogging in a single file line at a steady pace. The front leader, passes the ball directly behind him. Passing the ball is done by raising the ball above the head, with the person behind, taking the upraised ball. Continue passing until it reaches the end of the line. The last man has to run to the head of the line and do the same exercise again. Once everyone has done it, the drill is done.

Twenty-one to One

Doing twenty-one push-ups and crunches can be changed to any number. Your objective here is to decrease the number of push-ups and crunches for each set, until you are down to one push-up and one crunch. If the groups fitness level needs it, adjust the starting number.

Piggyback carry and squat

In a big field, pair up. One of the partners carries the other to the middle of the field. When reaching the center, the carrying partner does 10 or any number of squats. After your done, continue to walk the rest of the field, switching off at the other end.

Switch it up a bit between exercises. One day could be spent on the weight drills like the piggy back and squats. The running drills can be done the other days. If the team is composed of individuals with varying fitness levels, they could be separated with the fitter persons doing more strenuous sets.

When doing a combination of the drills mentioned above, it would be a good idea to rest after each drill is finished. Drink a good amount of water your during this rest.
